Fire crews working to contain northwest OKC house fire after possible burglary

OKLAHOMA CITY – Firefighters are headed to a reported house fire in northwest Oklahoma City Monday afternoon.

Officials said a woman called 911 and said her bedroom was on fire in the 200 block of N.W. 89th St. near W. Britton Rd. and the Broadway Extension.

Police said she also told them someone had broken into her home.

Crews are on the way to the scene.

No serious injuries have been reported at this time.
