NEW YORK – The United Nations climate change report out Friday states it is “extremely likely” human activity accounts for at least half of the global warming that has been observed since the 1950s.

The report predicts global temperatures will rise between half of a degree and 8.6 degrees this century.

They said that will lead to melting polar ice which will raise sea levels between 10 and 32 inches.
