Sooners Move Up, Cowboys Plummet in Polls

Oklahoma’s win over Notre Dame on Saturday in South Bend boosted the Sooners ranking in both major polls released on Sunday.

OU is up three spots in the Associated Press poll to 11th, while they moved up two in the coaches poll to 10th.

Oklahoma State’s loss to West Virginia dropped the Cowboys significantly in both polls.

OSU is down to 21st, falling 10 spots in the AP poll.

In the coaches poll, the Cowboys dropped nine spots to 20th.

Alabama remains number one in both polls.

OU and OSU are both home this Saturday for Big 12 games.

The Sooners host TCU at 6:00, while the Cowboys face Kansas State at 2:30.
