OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma Women’s Coalition is inviting everyone to a public forum Wednesday on the fact that our state incarcerates┬ámore women than any other state in the country.

Our rate is almost double the national average.

Experts in this field will lead the discussion on how to solve this problem.

It will include prison alternatives for non-violent offenders.

You can attend at 11:30 a.m. at the United Way of Central Oklahoma near N.W. 28th St. and Classen Blvd.
