McDonald’s to replace Happy Meal toys with books

From November 1-12, McDonald’s will aim to put 20 million books in the hands of children by replacing the usual toys, according to a press release.

It’s part of a partnership with non-profit Reading is Fundamental and will be rolled out in a two-year installment.
