OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City man is facing criminal charges after pouring his drink on an officer’s car, telling them they are “Devils” and he saw them in “visions.”

Authorities said two officers were inside a convenience store at N.W. 23rd St. and Penn. Ave. when 41-year-old Ritchie Maurice Allen threw a cup of unknown liquid on their car.

The officers came out of the store and said Allen told them they were “Devils.”

According to the report, Allen told the lieutenants he saw them in his “visions” and said they “were not saved.”

Officers said the man told them he “hates white people.”

He is facing charges of disorderly conduct and littering.
