Deputies seeking information related to attempted ATM theft

GUTHRIE, Okla. – Authorities in Logan County are searching for a man who is believed to know something about an attempted burglary at an ATM at a local bank.

Deputies with the Logan County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an attempted burglary of an ATM at the Farmers and Merchants bank, located at 121 E. Waterloo Rd.

When officers arrived, they spotted damage to the ATM.

Authorities were able to pull a few images from the machine and are now searching for the man in the pictures.

The man is believed to be driving a late model, dark colored Dodge Quad Cab pickup truck.

The vehicle is said to have aftermarket alloy wheels, damage to the driver’s door and above the driver’s side rear quarter panel.

The man whom police would like to speak with appears to be a white man in his 20s.

He was wearing a dark jacket, a striped beanie and had a white cloth around his face.
