Cowboys Pound Pine Bluff

The 8th-ranked Oklahoma State men’s basketball team pulled away in the second half and cruised to a 97-63 win over Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Friday night at Gallagher-Iba Arena in Stillwater.

Markel Brown and Phil Forte led OSU with 22 points each, with Brown hitting three 3-pointers and Forte knocking down six 3’s.

Brown also had the highlight of the night, a 360 degree alley oop dunk in the first half.

Marcus Smart was also in double figures with 16 points.

The Cowboys hit 52 percent from the field and made 10 of 25 from three-point range.

OSU led by as many as 41 points, after leading by just 16 at halftime.

The Cowboys improved to 3-0 on the season and will host Memphis on Tuesday night in Stillwater.
