Edmond students participate in Boosterthon Fun Run to raise money for schools

EDMOND – Students at Will Rogers Elementary School participated in the Boosterthon Fun Run to raise money for local schools who need funds for education.

The Boosterthon Fun Run “consists of a 9 day program that inspires students to live healthy, character-filled lives,” said Chris Carneal, Boosterthon President.

The Boosterthon’s profitable Fitness Event was held on Thursday, Nov. 14.

The elementary school students, faculty, and staff will ran 25-30 laps to raise money for their school.

According to Edmond Public Schools, Will Rogers Elementary had 869 students enroll for the program in October.
