Pets may be allowed on Amtrak trains

Attention pet lovers, soon you may be able to travel on trains with your beloved pets.

Pets on Trains Act of 2013 would allow created domesticated cats and dogs on Amtrak trips of less than 50 miles.

The pets owners would pay a fee to hop aboard a pet friendly car.

The bill will soon go up for vote in the House, then be taken up for debate in the Senate.

Some Amtrak passengers, according to CNN, think it will gain some bark but no bite.
