The swarm of earthquakes just keeps coming.

UPDATED 6:39 p.m.

That’s right Oklahoma, another earthquake has rattled northern Oklahoma.

Oklahoma Geological Survey recorded an earthquake that hit just about an hour ago in the Edmond area.

At approximately 5:15 p.m. in the Edmond area OGS recorded a quake with the magnitude of 2.7 with an epicenter at 35.7

The quake was 17.2 miles from Edmond.


According to the Oklahoma Geological Survey, Oklahoma had four earthquakes around 5 p.m. Friday.

Near Guthrie, Okla. The Oklahoma Geological Survey recorded four quakes with a magnitude of 2.2, 2.8, 2.4 and another 2.2.

All the quakes recorded at that time were within the same area, near Guthrie.

Oklahoma has had a total of 11 earthquakes just today, Friday 22nd.
