Wind chills are dangerously low Friday across the state.

Kids at the bus stop should bundle up and expose as little skin as possible.

Skin can freeze in less than half an hour.

According to the National Weather Service, fingers, toes, ear lobes and the tip of the nose are the most susceptible to frost bite.

Check on your family members and elderly neighbors.

Don’t forget your pets outside.

They are vulnerable to the wind chills which make them feel much colder than the actual temperature as well.
