Cowboys & Sooners Rising in Polls

Oklahoma State and Oklahoma’s football teams both rose in the latest polls out on Sunday.

The Cowboys are up four spots in the Associated Press poll to 7th, and moved up two spots in the coaches poll to 7th.

The Sooners rose two spots in the AP poll to 18th, and were up one notch in the coaches poll to 17th.

In the BCS standings released on Sunday night, OSU is 7th and OU is 18th.

Alabama is number one in both major polls, and in the BCS standings.

Both OSU and OU are off next weekend and close the regular season with the bedlam game in Stillwater on December 7th.
