OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma City Thunder is preparing for a showdown with the high-powered San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday night.

The Thunder’s star point guard, Russell Westbrook, sat on the bench during the team’s last game.

Despite his absence, the Thunder defeated the Utah Jazz 95-73, claiming their fourth win in a row.

Kevin Durant led the team with 19 points and nine rebounds in 26 minutes.

However, Westbrook is expected to take the court Wednesday.

During his last game against the Los Angeles Clippers, Westbrook scored a season-low 12 points.

The Thunder is going to need to be firing on all cylinders to keep up with the high-powered, high-scoring offense.

The San Antonio Spurs are coming off a 112-93 win over New Orleans.

During the win, the Spurs’ starters only played 25 minutes before heading to the bench.

Guard Manu Ginobili scored 16 points to lead the Spurs in the win.

While Oklahoma City is on a roll, history is not on the Thunder’s side.

San Antonio has won 10 of the last 13 games against Oklahoma City.

The game will be played Wednesday, Nov. 27 at the Chesapeake Energy Arena.

Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.

A few tickets are still available for Wednesday night’s game.
