NEW YORK - As the New Year is less than a week away, the New Year's ball for Time Square is ready for its big debut.

This year's decoration will feature a new design of its 32,000 LED lights.

This year, around one million people are expected to fill Times Square to watch the ball drop.

For those who can't watch the ball drop in person or on television, there's a free Times Square app that lets smartphone users turn in wherever they are.
