Grandfield fire consumes two homes & a trailer; multiple fire crews on scene

GRANDFIELD, Okla. – A large grass fire Sunday afternoon consumed two Grandfield resident’s homes and a trailer.

Crews were called to the fire just after 2:00 p.m.

Crews evacuated multiple homes for about 45 minutes in order to keep residents safe.

Several fire crews from different areas were called in to help assist with the fire – including Chattanooga, Hollister, Fredrick, Randelett, Davidson and Devol.

Crews are still on scene containing the fire.

We are told no one has been injured in this fire.
