OKLAHOMA CITY – Two men are in jail after an overnight chase led police to a stolen weapon in the suspects’ car.

However, the driver sped off.

Officers chased the Honda through northwest Oklahoma City to N.W. 10th St. and County Line Rd.

Police say the suspects turned into a mobile home park and jumped out of the car.

One man was arrested on the scene while the police helicopter tracked the second suspect to a nearby creek.

K9 units were able to find suspect and arrest him.

When police searched the car, they allegedly found a loaded, stolen weapon.

Authorities say both men will face charges of eluding police and possession of a stolen firearm.
