OKLAHOMA CITY – Another candidate is joining the race for Congress.

Republican Robert Hubbard will announce his candidacy this afternoon.

He’s challenging incumbent Frank Lucas in Congressional District 3 which includes the northwestern half of Oklahoma.

Right now, Hubbard is the chairman of the Canadian County GOP.

He runs a ranch there.

The former pastor also owns a construction company.

Hubbard will make his run for Congress official at 1 p.m. at the Oklahoma History Center.
