OKLAHOMA CITY -- NewsChannel 4's Ali Meyer got a special invite to fish for trout inside the Travel and Transportation Building at the State Fairgrounds during the 59th annual Oklahoma City Boat Show was last weekend.

A professional angler taught Meyer how to fish for trout during her appearance at the Oklahoma City Boat Show.

Meyer claimed her trout-pond trout was at least ten pounds, although Kent Ogle estimated the size to be closer to five pounds, go figure.

Meyer was so astonished at her first catch, she screamed... the entire time.

The squeals of joy apparently didn't scare the fish off though, because Meyer and her trainer caught three fish in all.

The first and largest catch nearly didn't survive the ordeal.

No trout were harmed during the taping of this segment.
