Sooner Women’s Win Streak Halted By Kansas State

The Oklahoma women’s basketball team had a 13 game win streak versus Kansas State snapped as the Lady Wildcats won 86-78 in Manhattan, Kansas.

Kansas State made 11 three pointers versus the Sooners.

OU drops to 13-8 on the year and 4-4 in Big 12 play.

OU’s Nicole Griffin scored a career high 23 points in the loss.

Senior star Aaryn Ellenberg had 16 points but was just 1-for-10 on three point shots.

Ellenberg became the Big 12’s 11th career scorer in the loss.

OU plays Oklahoma State in Bedlam on Saturday, February 1, inside the Lloyd Noble Center and tips off at 2:00 p.m. CT.
