Road conditions worsening across state; Norman, Purcell, Pauls Valley are slick

NORMAN, Okla. – Accidents are happening across the metro as conditions on the roads continue to deteriorate.

We are getting multiple reports about the poor conditions of the roads between Purcell and Norman.

Freezing mist and freezing fog is possible this morning, mainly south of I-40.

This will create slick spots on bridges and overpasses.

Snow will be possible from northwestern Oklahoma through central parts of the state this afternoon through the evening.

Totals from this wave will be in the 1-2″ range by early Tuesday morning.

Only a dusting is expected for the metro.
