UPDATED: Crews fight a mobile home fire in east OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY – Fire crews were called out to the 11300 block of Heatherwood Dr. after a neighbor reported a mobile home on fire.

The call came in around 9:20 a.m. When crews arrived, the fire was fully involved, according to officials.

Crews were forced to work defensively on the single-wide trailer for about 20 minutes until they could switch to offensively fighting the fire.

Crews were able to get the fire under control within an hour.
