POSTPONED: Emily Sutton, Scott Hines’ fundraiser to help cure cancer delayed due to weather

OKLAHOMA CITY - A fundraiser, which was set to take place this weekend, has been postponed because of the weather.

NewsChannel 4's  Emily Sutton and Scott Hines organized the 'Mardi Gras Mixer' for the "Go Mitch Go" Foundation.

While it was scheduled to take place Sunday, March 2 at Tapwerks, Mother Nature had other plans.

It is now scheduled for Sunday, March 30.

Expect food, drinks, live music, prizes and a Mardi Gras costume contest for Sunday Funday at Tapwerks.

You can meet "Team Oklahoma," find out more about the "Go Mitch Go" foundation and raise money for blood and bone cancer research from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door.
