HOUSTON, Tx. – A Texas father is accused of beating his son at a Houston Middle school.

The dad was apparently angry at his son’s behavior in class.

School officials say Christopher Levy had just finished a parent-teacher conference at the school where he’d learned his son had been acting up.

Levy demanded his son be pulled out of class. But then during the busy lunch period, right outside the cafeteria, the dad confronted his son.

Witnesses say Levy was yelling and punching his son repeatedly.
