Sooner Women Stop Tech In Largest Conference Win Ever

The Oklahoma women’s basketball team sent their senior class out in style with a 87-32 win over Texas Tech, the program’s largest win in a conference game.

It was the final home game for Sooner seniors Portia Durrett, Nicole Griffin, Aaryn Ellenberg and Morgan Hook.

Aaryn Ellenberg led the Sooners with 18 points and hit four three pointers.

The Sooners hit a season-high 15 three-pointers, five of which came from Nicole Kornett.

The win gave Sooner head coach Sherri Coale her 399th win at OU.

The Sooners will take part in the Big 12 conference tournament on Saturday, March 8, in Oklahoma City.
