Firefighters battling bitter temperatures, blaze consuming northwest OKC home

OKLAHOMA CITY – While the temperatures are bitterly cold outside, firefighters are trying to put out a fire that is consuming a house.

Authorities were called to the area of N.W. 63rd St. and Grand Blvd. after receiving reports of a fire inside a home.

The call went out shortly after 3 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon.

A small trail of smoke could be seen coming from the roof of the home.

No word on injuries at this point.
