Sooner Spring Football Update

The Oklahoma football team completed their third practice of their 2014 spring season on Tuesday, March 11.

The media was allowed to shoot roughly the first 2o minutes of the practice.

OU will cap off their spring season with their annual red-white spring game on Saturday, April 12 at 2 p.m. CT.

The Sooners return six starters on offense and nine on defense from last season.

Several players have already enrolled for the spring semester at OU and took the field as Sooners for the first time, including former Edmond Santa Fe quarterback Justice Hansen.

Hansen worked out with the quarterbacks and will wear number four.

Sugar Bowl MVP Trevor Knight is the returning starter at the signal caller position and led the group during practice.

On the note of quarterbacks, Blake Bell officially made the position change to tight end this spring.
