OKLAHOMA CITY –  If you plan on celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in traditional fashion, officials say you should call one number when you are ready to head home from the festivities.

Chuck Mai, spokesman for AAA Oklahoma, says 34 percent of all traffic-related deaths on St. Patrick’s Day involved alcohol in 2011.

If you have enjoyed an alcoholic beverage, AAA Oklahoma encourages everyone to call Tipsy Tow.

The service is offered to both AAA members and non-members.

AAA will give you and up to one more person a ride home within a 15-mile radius from the point of pickup.

Also, a tow truck will drop your car off at home.

Tipsy Tow is offered from 6 p.m. Sunday, March 16 through 4 a.m. Tuesday, March 18.

The service is offered in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Ardmore, Bartlesville, Enid, Lawton, Muskogee, Shawnee and Tahlequah.

To use Tipsy Tow, call 1-800-222-4357.
