A new list shows us another great reason to live in Oklahoma City.

Oklahoma City and Tulsa both made it on to Forbes list of America’s Most Affordable Cities.

Up ten spots from last year, this year Oklahoma City ranks ninth on Forbes top 20 Most Affordable list.

New to the list, this year Tulsa ranks at number 17.

According to Forbes, the top two factors used to find the most affordable cities were looking at housing affordability, and cost-of-living.
