OKLAHOMA CITY – Authorities say a teenager and her unborn child are dead following a fight in northeast Oklahoma City.

On Sunday, police were called to a shooting in the 2600 block of N. Martin Luther King.

When officers arrived, they found 18-year-old Latisha Shaw lying in a parking lot, suffering from a gunshot wound.

She was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Investigators say Shaw and her friends may have been involved in a fight earlier in the evening.

After the fight, she was walking along Martin Luther King Blvd. when she was shot.

At this time, authorities are not releasing information about a possible suspect.

Officers say Shaw was pregnant at the time of the shooting, meaning that charges could be filed in the death of her unborn child as well.
