Four arrested after allegedly forcibly tattooing man

PHILADELPHIA – Four people are in custody after they allegedly beat and tattooed a 52-year-old man.

According to reports, four people in Philadelphia have been arrested for allegedly forcibly tattooing a man with racial slurs and obscene images and then holding him for three days in a basement.

Authorities say Jennifer Pratt, David Thomas, Corry Campbell, and Sandra Ng allegedly beat, tattooed and held a 52-year-old victim against his will in a basement.

The victims lower arms were reportedly covered with nearly a dozen tattoos.

His hands, face, legs and torso were also bruised.

Police say the suspects face charges of aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, kidnapping and several addition charges.

After searching the home, police found marijuana, the victim’s debit card and tattooing equipment.
