Warmer temperatures bring very high fire danger

OKLAHOMA CITY – Winds change to southerly tomorrow boosting our temperatures to the 70s and 80s and bringing a very high fire danger.

Fire danger will be extremely high on Thursday. This is also the warmest day of the week with highs in the mid 80s and 90s.

As moisture streams into the Sooner state over the weekend, rain chances will increase.

Severe weather is possible with a powerful cold front late Sunday.

Allergy sufferers will not have too much of a problem today.

According to the Oklahoma Allergy & Asthma Clinic, grass and mold are in the low category.

However, tree pollen is in the moderate level.
