OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma Allergy and Asthma Clinic says allergy sufferers may have to stay indoors during the beautiful weather.

Officials say a very high alert has been issued for oak pollen on Friday.

Pollen sensitive individuals may experience severe symptoms and are encouraged to stay indoors.

Experts say you should limit your outdoor activities and keep your windows closed.

Also, take a shower when you get home and leave your shoes outside.
