OKLAHOMA CITY – Police say they have arrested a man who they believe played a role in slashing another man with a razor blade at a gas station.

Officers were called to the Valero station in the 3600 block of S. Pennsylvania Ave. after a man was slashed with a razor blade just outside the store.

Authorities say the victim made a purchase and was approached by a man waiting outside.

Police say the suspect demanded money.

When the victim said he didn’t have any money, the suspect stabbed him in the left arm.

On Friday morning, authorities say they arrested Shawn Christopher Dickey for the crime.
