One dead after employees held at gun point, officers involved

TULSA – Tulsa police are Tulsa County Sheriff’s deputies responded to an armed robbery that ended with shots fired and one of the three suspects dead.

It happened just after 1 a.m. this morning at a Mexican restaurant near 21st and Garnett in Tulsa.

Deputies arrived and found two men leaving the restaurant with guns.

According to officials, they held employees at gun point, pistol whipped a worker, and robbed the business.

Those deputies arrived just as the men were making their get-away.

Of the three suspects involved, one was killed, and the other two are in police custody.
