ORU Continues State Dominance

Oral Roberts baseball team continued to play well against the state’s Big 12 schools, beating Oklahoma State 15-8 on Tuesday night at Johnson Stadium in Tulsa.

The Golden Eagles scored five runs in the second inning to take the lead for good on the Cowboys, then added five more in the fifth inning and four in the seventh to pull away for the easy win.

ORU has won all three games this season against state teams, beating Oklahoma twice, and now Oklahoma State.

OSU dropped to 29-12 on the season and will visit Texas this weekend for a three-game series in Austin.

ORU will go for a season sweep of state teams when they visit Oklahoma State on May 13th.
