Severe weather plan for runners, volunteers should storms threaten Memorial Marathon

OKLAHOMA CITY - The Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon is just three days away.

Race officials are in the final preparations for the big day.

Part of those preps is a severe weather plan for all the runners.

Crews will have a color flag system that will alert everyone on the course if weather becomes a threat.

Emergency crews and shelters are stationed across the course and ready for runners if needed.
