OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma City Police Department’s latest graduating class was in for a big honor from a special guest today but that has changed.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder was to speak to the 42 members of Recruit Class #131 during their graduation at First Church downtown.

He has since canceled his appearance.

Officials said Federal Judge Vicki Miles LaGrange will assume the honor in his absence.

Security will remain high because of several protests planned.
