OKLAHOMA CITY – A Norman man has won the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon this year.

Jason Cook took the lead from Mark Hotchkiss of Colorado who just ran the Boston Marathon less than a week ago.

Cook came in third in the Memorial Marathon last year.

These runners started two hours late after weather delays early Sunday morning.

The race was supposed to start at 6:30 a.m. but didn’t get underway until just before 8:30 a.m.
