Two Oklahomans win Run to Remember

OKLAHOMA CITY – Two Oklahomans came in first at the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon on Sunday.

A Norman man placed first at the marathon this year.

Jason Cook took the lead from Mark Hotchkiss of Colorado who ran the Boston Marathon less than a week ago.

Cook came in third in the Memorial Marathon last year.

Oklahoman Camille Herron was the first female to cross the finish line at Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon on Sunday morning.

Camille is married to another Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon winner, Conner Holt.

VIP runner Mark Bravo said she is a true statesman for Oklahoma runners.

This run is her fifth marathon this spring.

Now that she has finished the marathon, she said she is going to Mark Bravo’s house for some food and a few drinks.
