It is almost that time of year for college grads to be walking the stage.

The job world these graduates face is much different from the ones their parents did.

A report by the U.S. Department of Labor shows that people born after 1980 have held an average of 6.2 jobs by age 27 and 57% of jobs lasted less than a year.

For millennials, job hopping is the new normal.

Employers are finding out that job loyalty among younger workers is not something they can take for granted.
