Thunder Can’t Relax For Game 5 Because It’s At Home

Home court advantage can be huge in the playoffs, but this NBA postseason away teams have been very successful.

The Oklahoma City Thunder has a big opportunity to take a 3-2 series lead over the Memphis Grizzlies at home on Tuesday, April 29.

The only problem for the Thunder is through April 29, road teams in the NBA playoffs hold a 19-14 win advantage over home teams.

To add to the series' drama, the last three games have gone into overtime.

That makes for just the second time in NBA playoff history that a series has needed an extra period of play in three straight games.
