ATTENTION DRIVERS: Construction, traffic warning for OKC motorists

OKLAHOMA CITY – Officials are warning drivers who use Interstate I-44, State Highway 152, and other metro roads.

Starting tonight, expect delays due to construction around the city.

SH-152(Airport Rd.) lanes narrow at MacArthur Blvd. Friday
Eastbound SH-152 will be narrowed to one lane at MacArthur Blvd. until 7 p.m. tonight and then from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and westbound SH-152 will be narrowed to one lane at MacArthur Blvd. from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday for bridge rehabilitation.

I-44 narrows, ramp closes at Lincoln Ave. Friday, this weekend
Westbound I-44 will be narrowed to one lane and the northbound Lincoln Blvd. ramp to westbound I-44 will be closed from 6 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Monday for bridge repairs.

May Ave. narrows between N.W. 50th St. & Wilshire Blvd. nightly
Drivers can expect various lane closures on north and southbound May Ave. between N.W. 50th St. and Wilshire Blvd. nightly from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Saturday through May for resurfacing and sidewalk work as part of a joint project with the City of Oklahoma City.
