The emotions of yesterday's MVP acceptance are still high, but the shift has now turned back to basketball.

The Thunder trail the Clippers 1-0 in their best of 7 series. OKC has said they have to do a better job of guarding the perimeter as well as communicating on the defensive end.

Chris Paul went off in game 1 scoring 32 points and hitting 8 of 9 triples he shot.

Both these teams lost game 1 of their previous series and both advanced to the next round.

The Thunder said pace was an issue in game 1. The Grizzlies were a slow-moving grind it out squad while the Clippers keep an up tempo style. The Thunder think they need to do a better job keeping that pace as well as taking care of the basketball in transition.

Game 2 is tonight, 8:30 p.m. at the Peake.
