LIVERPOOL, England – Doctors say they are trying to reverse a vasectomy that was given by mistake.

According to the Telegraph, a man went into the Royal Liverpool Hospital for a minor urological procedure.

However, doctors accidentally gave him a vasectomy because they did the procedure on “the wrong side.”

The procedure is usually about 99 percent effective.

Reversing it can be quite difficult; the surgery only boasts a 55 percent success rate.
