Second woman arrested in cold case murder of Oklahoma teenager

WAGONER, Okla. – A second person has been arrested in connection with a murder of a Broken Arrow teenager.

Maj. Gary Handley, with the Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office, says 27-year-old Dayna Hargrove Miller was arrested on Friday in connection to the murder of 18-year-old Jarret Clark.

Clark was found dead in 2006 after leaving for a graduation party at Fort Gibson Lake.

A short time later, his body was found in the lake.

In February, 24-year-old Courtney Manzer was taken into custody on first-degree murder charges.

Miller was booked on charges of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, first-degree murder and being an accessory after the fact.
