Officers arrest Oklahoma man for string of auto burglaries

MOORE, Okla. – Officers in Moore say they have captured a man allegedly responsible for a string of auto burglaries.

Police arrested 30-year-old Austin Ballard for keeping and concealing stolen property, possession of a firearm after felony conviction, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Authorities say Ballard was in possession of numerous items that were taken in various auto burglaries from across town.

Several victims were notified and their property was returned to them.
