SAN ANTONIO – Time to Thunder Up!

The Oklahoma City Thunder is getting ready for game 1 with the San Antonio Spurs.

According to USA Today, Oklahoma City has won 10 of the last 12 games against the Spurs.

However, this time, they will be without one of their key players, Serge Ibaka.

On Friday the Oklahoma City Thunder released some bad news.

Oklahoma City Thunder forward Serge Ibaka underwent an MRI today that confirmed he suffered a left calf injury during the third quarter of last night’s contest against the Los Angeles Clippers, the team announced.  Ibaka is expected to miss the remainder of the 2014 postseason.

Although Ibaka may be out for the rest of the postseason, that will not stop him from cheering on his teammates.

Game 1 against the Spurs stars Monday night at 8:00 p.m. on TNT.
