Oklahoma middle school makes list of 50 best middle schools in the U.S.

OKLAHOMA CITY – TheBestSchools.org has released its list of the top 50 best middle schools in the United States.

And, out of thousands of middle schools, a local middle school has made the cut!

KIPP Reach College Preparatory, a public charter middle school in Oklahoma City, has been selected as one of the “50 Best Middle Schools in the U.S.” by TheBestSchools.org.

KIPP Reach, which predominantly serves students from low-income backgrounds, was the only school in the state of Oklahoma to be included on the list.

It was ranked number 43 out of 20,000 public and private schools nationwide.

KIPP Reach has a track record of success helping underserved Oklahoma City students achieve at high levels.

KIPP Reach was awarded a 2012 Blue Ribbon School in the category of academics, and received an A grade from the state of Oklahoma, reflecting its exemplary performance on state assessments.
