Update: Officials identify man arrested after alleged explosives reported in car

UPDATE: Oklahoma City police have arrested 29-year-old Dustin Allen Stacy after an incident that involved the bomb squad.

Authorities said they found three weapons during the traffic stop Thursday afternoon.

Stacy is facing numerous charges including:

– Having firearms after a felony conviction
– Two outstanding felonies
– Violations of a suspended sentence
– Felony domestic assault and battery

Officers said this investigation is ongoing and they will not release the names of others involved at this time.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Authorities say Oklahoma City Police pulled over a vehicle that may have explosives inside of it Thursday afternoon.

According to officials the Bomb Squad has been called to S.W. 29th St. and Linn Ave.

According to Captain Nelson, when police pulled the suspect over he said there were firearms in the vehicle.

Nelson says the bomb squad was called the scene when the suspect indicated there may be explosives in the vehicle.

Officials say authorities had to inspect three vehicles.  

Authorities have taken a suspect into custody.
